Photographic Wall Art for North Bar, TriBeca, NYC
“We knew we wanted to work with Fotografica to create a unique and custom piece for our new restaurant. Julia dove into research of the area, studying historic photography, blueprints, and maps, and combining it with her own photographs taken from the roof of the restaurant and the surrounding area.
The end result is a stunning collage that weaves history and present day together for an immersive, custom experience that our patrons love.”
— Katie Leonard, Co-Owner, North Bar
Fotografica created custom wall vinyl for a new oyster and cocktail bar located in TriBeca, New York City.
Inspired by 19th century TriBeca and the harbor — once home to the largest cluster of oysters in the area — North Bar celebrates small plates and unique drinks that is reminiscent of maritime TriBeca.

The artwork seeks to create an immersive experience for the viewer that pays homage to the history of TriBeca and New York, with an emphasis on the Hudson River.
For this work, Fotografica worked closely with North Bar partners Katie Leonard and Stacey Sosa, along with Al Abayan, owner of RE:AL.
